Claim: The mRNA vaccines suppress your immune system
The Covid vaccines are causing a shift to igG4 immune response,, and an increased PD-L1 expression is destroying the immune system.
Increased PD-L1 expression causes the body to lose its ability to fight cancers, viruses, illnesses, increased TgG4 response causes the body to tolerate rather than fight Covid. This is a disaster for the immune system.
Many studies have been done now that show immune system damage from the mRNA vaccines. The increased IgG4 response explains why the more vaccinated people are, the more they are catching Covid - this is explained below.
However another recent study explains what is happening to cause the immune system of vaccinated people to break down.
Increased PD-L1 expression boosting causes cancer, repeated respiratory infections, destroys the immune system.
Your body sends out the protein PD-L1 in order to mitigate attacks against your own cells. PD-L1 suppression is a very effective modern cancer treatment, because it makes your T cells more likely to attack the cancers.
PD-L1 boosting by contrast basically destroys your body’s ability to fight cancers, respiratory infections, basically anything.
This recent study (Dec 2022) shows that the Covid vaccines boost PD-L1 expression.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36245120/
Normal PD-L1 expression is shown by the control group in blue at the bottom. The green error bars show PD-L1 expression post vaccination. A danger for increased incidence of cancer.
And this is what happened to a Doctor with lymphoma
Indeed another paper written by a doctor Michel Goldman about his own experience with the booster exacerbating his lymphoma shows exactly this:
On the left is his lymphomas in a PET scan before the booster (black blobs), on the right afterwards.
https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fmed.2021.798095/full
And there is this:
Arkmedic’s article about all this is worth reading; he lists the evidence I have just outlined in much more detail - and he actually contacted the doctor with lymphoma, Michel Goldman and told him about this mechanism - despite the outcome Goldman still supports the vaccines.
Dr Ah Khan Sayed says about the combination of PD-L1 boosting and LgG4 boosting:
So, now we have a problem on multiple pathways leading to the same scenario.
Suppression of the body’s defence against cancer (PD-L1 boosting)
Suppression of the body’s defence against viruses (drastically inflated IgG4 response)
Exhaustion of the very components of the immune system that protect against those two things.
Do you know what this reminds me of?
Kaposi’s sarcoma. It’s what happens when your immune system is so depleted it can’t suppress tumours that are unheard of in people that have a functioning immune system.
Also there is this:
https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.12.17.22283625v1
This effect is explained by the increased IgG4 response, explained in more detail below.
Because of the vaccine booster shots, the body is beginning to tolerate the Spike Protein, treating it like an irritant, and this is leading to worsening outcomes.
Recent studies also show that immune response is shifting from igg3 response, a full blown immune response to a virus with (useful) inflammation that leads to recovery, to igg4 response, a toleration of an irritant such as pollen, essentially.
Because of the vaccine booster shots, the body is beginning to tolerate the Spike Protein, treating it like an irritant, and this is leading to worsening outcomes.
New evidence from two new studies of strange immune system effects caused by the Covid mRNA vaccines; four common classes of antibodies are associated with immune response to viruses, antigens, and irritations such as pollen, igG1, 2, 3 and 4.
The first study, Conserved longitudinal alterations of anti-S-protein IgG subclasses in disease progression in initial ancestral Wuhan and vaccine breakthrough Delta infections, found that a larger igG3 response is associated with recovery, while a larger igG4 response is associated with progression of the disease.
igG4 response amplified, igG3 response muted. What does it mean?
Radagast says
After mRNA vaccination the immune response against Spike is shifting to IgG4, which is how your body responds after repeat exposure to stuff it needs to tolerate, like bee venom, pollen or peanut protein
Apparently, igG4 antibodies are the body’s immune response to repeated harmless annoyances, such as pollen or dust; and igG4 mutes the body’s inflammatory long term response. By contrast igG3 is a large part of the body’s response to viruses and causes an inflammatory response to a virus.
The Covid vaccine, by the third shot, is causing a muted igG3 response and an enhanced igG4 response to the SARS-CoV2 virus. This is associated with disease progression in Goh et al.
This means there may be many virus particles, but no appropriate immune response, and clinically speaking, the disease worsens.
Therefore, it would appear the Covid vaccines are turning people into asymptomatic carriers, with a large viral load and a muted inflammatory response to the virus. Not only that, Radagast, writing on Rintrah, claims they are more at risk of death because of the inappropriate immune response.
Radagast explains what it means:
IgG3 is an antibody that carries out 42.2% of the neutralisation when the body is fighting the SARS-CoV2 virus, according to Kober, Manni et al “IgG3 and IgM Identified as Key to SARS-CoV-2 Neutralization”
What you want to see, what you normally would see, after a covid infection, is this:
On the left you see who does the neutralization, right you see what percentage of total antibodies they are. Despite being just 3% of your antibody mass, IgG3 is carrying out 42.2% of the neutralization.
IgA is busy in mucus dealing with this virus, IgM responds to the infection by bringing the viral load down, IgG3 then joins the fight and tags any remaining hide-outs this virus has, so that your body doesn’t end up tolerating this nasty sarbecovirus in the background.
If it wasn’t obvious yet, for whatever reason our bodies do seem to be tolerating the spread of this virus through our population. Look at what’s happening to my poor little country:
The captions at the top say,
The average number of virus particles over time
This graph shows the average number of virus particles per 100,000 inhabitants over time
Here is what is happening now - note particularly those who had a breakthrough infection, with the asterisks. They are showing elevated igG4 levels.
Radagast notes that the deaths from Covid are rising also, at least in the Netherlands, where he lives.
Igor Chudov’s substack pointed out this recent letter to the editor, posted on 7 September 2022 in the New England Journal of Medicine.
They are reporting on the protection conferred by the BNT162b2 vaccine and by previous SARS-CoV-2 infection against infection and Covid-19–related hospitalization and death in children 5 to 11 years of age.

These charts summarise their results:
In the article itself the scientists minimise the impact of their results, but the data tells a different story.
Note for instance chart E and F. There is one large difference between these two charts: the scale.
Notice the effectiveness of previous infection chart F has a scale of months, not weeks, as in the effectiveness of the vaccine. I have rescaled these two graphs below to show the actual comparison:
Previous infection gives 100% protection for twice as long as the Pfizer vaccine gives only partial protection, not even reaching 90%, which is around the level of effectiveness that is necessary actually to give herd immunity.
What is quite shocking, however, is the contrast shown in graphs C and D.
What appears to be happening here is that the vaccine destroys previously acquired immunity. What do we expect? Essentially the mRNA vaccines are like a child fiddling around in Dad’s car engine with a sledgehammer: they are mucking about with our cell’s internal systems for creating necessary proteins, without really knowing what they’re doing.
Some comfort to parents who have vaccinated their children might be the supplementary data which shows that 7 children died out of 887,193 unvaccinated children. Most of these children who died caught the pre-Omicron variant, which was more lethal, and one wonders how many of the children were already quite sick with a pre-existing illness. The data doesn’t tell us that.
Once the vaccinations rolled out, it is quite possible the few children who had pre-existing conditions that made it likely that they would die if exposed to Covid-19 had probably already died. This skews those figures somewhat.

Study says Pfizer Vaccine alters the immune system, at least in the short term
An important preprint paper was published a year ago in May 2021 on medXriv The BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 reprograms both adaptive and innate immune responses and concludes that the Pfizer vaccine (BNT162b2) makes the immune system less sensitive to bacteria, influenza and viruses, and more sensitive to fungi, at least in the short term.
Plenty of other evidence too
Together with the large number of adverse events reported in VAERS, the Pfizer documents released by the courts, the large number of probable deaths from the vaccine, and the fact that the vaccine keeps producing the spike protein in the body for many months, it is a worrying sign.
The BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 reprograms both adaptive and innate immune responses
This study was a canary in the coal-mine: a small study, with a limited number of participants and only two measurements of immunity a few weeks after each of the first and second doses were given.
I wonder why it hasn’t yet been peer reviewed and published?
From the abstract:
Little is known about the broad effects of the new class of mRNA vaccines, especially whether they have combined effects on innate and adaptive immune responses. Here we confirmed that BNT162b2 vaccination of healthy individuals induced effective humoral and cellular immunity against several SARS-CoV-2 variants. Interestingly, however, the BNT162b2 vaccine also modulated the production of inflammatory cytokines by innate immune cells upon stimulation with both specific (SARS-CoV-2) and non-specific (viral, fungal and bacterial)stimuli. The response of innate immune cells to TLR4 and TLR7/8 ligands was lower after BNT162b2 vaccination, while fungi-induced cytokine responses were stronger. In conclusion, the mRNA BNT162b2 vaccine induces complex functional reprogramming of innate immune responses, which should be considered in the development and use of this new class of vaccines.
TLR4 and TLR7/8 response lower
Toll like receptors are part of the body’s pattern recognition system - they are PPRs - pattern recognition receptors - proteins that travel throughout the body and activate if they find particular molecular patterns. (How anyone can think this type of system could come about by chance is beyond me. Pattern recognition could only be a designed response.)
Essentially the job of TLR4 (TLR4 (toll-like receptor 4) is to find bacteria and notify the immune system, which then mounts an inflammatory response in order to kill the bacteria. TLR7 and TLR8 both look for strands of RNA that indicate viruses, including influenza, particularly in the lungs.
It is quite amazing how the human immune system works. The more I am learning about it, the more amazed I am at the complexity of design.
When TLR4 encounters lipopolysaccharide (LPS), which is a lipid (fat) plus a polysaccharide (carbohydrate) combination found on the surface of certain bacteria a whole process goes into play in the body that sends out cytokines, which are cell-signalling proteins. To give some idea of the amazing complexity of this process:
How the study into Pfizer was conducted
The authors of the study measured immune response to various stimuli (the Covid virus itself, and cytokines that indicate various viruses, fungi and bacteria, that stimulate an immune response) before the Pfizer vaccine had been given, then they measured immune response again 3 weeks after the first dose and two weeks after the second.
The immune response to Covid itself and to influenza, viral and bacterial agonists were all lower after the first dose of the vaccine and even lower after the second dose.
Surprisingly, the production of the monocyte-derived cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-1Ra tended to be lower after stimulation of PBMCs from vaccinated individuals with either the standard SARS-CoV-2 strain or heterologous Toll-like receptor ligands (Figures 1 and 2).
TNF-α production (Figure 1B-1G) following stimulation with the TLR7/8 agonist R848 of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from volunteers was significantly decreased after the second vaccination (Figure 1C). The same trend was observed after stimulation with the TLR3 agonist poly I:C (Figure 1D), although the difference did not reach statistical significance.
The response to Candida Albicans, a fungal pathogen, was higher after the first dose, and the second - apparently IL-1RA negatively regulates immune response to Candida infections, so if IL-1RA is lower, it means that the immune response is higher.
In contrast, the responses to the fungal pathogen Candida albicans were higher after the first dose of the vaccine (Figure 1G). The impact of the vaccination on IL-1β production was more limited (Figure 2A-2F), though the response to C. albicans was significantly increased (Figure 2F). The production of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-1Ra (Figure 2G-2L) was reduced in response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and C. Albicans after the second vaccination (Figure 2K, 2L), which is another argument for a shift towards stronger inflammatory responses to fungal stimuli after vaccination. IL-6 responses were similarly decreased, though less pronounced (data not shown).
Many side effects of the vaccine
Not only are there many reported side effects of the Covid vaccines in VAERS and in a plethora of over 500 studies ( some listed below), the internal documents that the US Supreme Court ordered Pfizer to release include an unbelievably large list of possible side effects (listed below.) Many of these are related to the immune system.
Autoimmune hepatitis
One interesting article, SARS-CoV-2 vaccination can elicit a CD8 T-cell dominant hepatitis, looks at a case of autoimmune hepatitis caused by the vaccine.
Liver inflammation is observed during SARS-CoV-2 infection but can also occur in some individuals after vaccination and shares some typical features with autoimmune liver disease. In this report, we show that highly activated T cells accumulate and are evenly distributed in the different areas of the liver in a patient with liver inflammation following SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. Moreover, within the population of these liver-infiltrating T cells, we observed an enrichment of T cells that are reactive to SARS-CoV-2, suggesting that these vaccine-induced cells can contribute to liver inflammation in this context.
