Fact Check: They were already shipping Covid-19 test kits in 2017, 2018 and 2019
The World Bank 'WITS' website is definitely covering something up. Nonetheless Code 300215 is all immunological products
TRUE - WORLD BANK WITS CHANGED THEIR WEBSITE - BUT WHY?
WITS, the World Integrated Trade Solution website, which is part of the World Bank website, changed their website to cover up the fact that the website initially said they were shipping test kits for Covid-19 in 2019, 2018, and also 2017.
The question is, why did they change it? Was the shipping code 300215 used only for Coronavirus updates, or for other immunological products?
I can’t come to a definitive conclusion with this. But I know that the WITS website covered up something; most probably a mistake - but there are still many questions unanswered, such as why is there a peak in 300215 products being sold in 2017 with billions of dollars being spent, if it just immunological tests?
I have to admit to failure here; I cannot reconcile all the facts.
UPDATE:
It appears to be true that the shipping code HTS 3002.15 is used for all Immunological products, not just Coronavirus test kits. It’s still problematic, though, because of the pdf I found from the WCOOMBD and also 3002.41 is the code for human vaccines.
I found this page archived on The Wayback Machine:
Nonetheless there is a peak in 2017 in immunological product exports and imports to the US; exports in August and imports in October, see this page archived 2018. This might be due to a shortage in yellow fever vaccines due to an outbreak in Angola? This cannot be so, because 3002.20 was actually the code for human vaccines in 2017; it was changed to 3002.41 between then and 2020.
Furthermore, I found a pdf of the international tariff codes, archived in 2017 on Wayback machine, that seems to clinch it. It shows clearly that the tariff code prefix 3002.15 is all immunological products.
Unacceptable Jessica
Unacceptable Jessica (great substack, please subscribe) has published a fact check - she initially thought the video THE PLAN - WHO plans for 10 years of pandemics documentary SHORT - contained misinformation - she says:
TOTAL REWRITE TO EXPOSE FRAUD…
I watch a lot of documentaries - even ones that I, myself, find a bit ‘out there’. I watch them for psychological and sociological reasons and sometimes, just for entertainment. There’s one called “THE PLAN - WHO plans for 10 years of pandemics documentary SHORT”, that has repeatedly ‘come up’ here and there so I thought I would press ‘play’ and check it out to kill some time before my next interview.
But the claim that the World Integrated Trade Solution, a website that is a subsidiary of the World Bank (https://wits.worldbank.org) website initially said they were shipping Covid-19 test kits in 2018 turned out to be true; they subsequently tried to cover it up (or correct it).
at around 3 minutes 20 seconds in… they show screenshots of from a website for World Integrated Trade Solution (WITS) where they claim that you can find proof that in 2018, ‘COVID-19 Test kits/ Instruments, apparatus used in Diagnostic Testing’, with HS 6 digit Product number 300215, were being shipped all over the world.
Looks like Disinformation, but….
She looked at the webpage referenced and initially found this:
Close-up; it says Medical Test Kits, not Covid 19 test kits:
Wayback Machine to the rescue!~
However using the Wayback Machine on Internet Archive she found this:
Close-up:
Initially I found it hard to think of any other reason why they would change the website this way, unless the claim was true. I think now that the tariff code 3002.15 was indeed used for all immunological products, and their database had an error in it, because the code 300215 was possibly changed in 2020 to simply apply to covid-19 test kits. This seems reasonable, but what is particularly unreasonable, is to edit the website without telling anyone why.
DID THEY PREPLAN THE PANDEMIC?
I don’t think they were sending out Covid test kits before 2020. But did they pre-plan the pandemic? The Wuhan lab leak at this stage looks more like a convenient stuff-up that the paranoia of the Gates foundation and the WHO took advantage of.
Here is the documentary. Worth watching.

Were they shipping Covid-19 test kits in 2017?
I did a google search for the product number 300215 and found them in 2017 also.
Here is the web archive of the 2017 page:
PERHAPS IT WAS ALL A MISTAKE?
Perhaps it was all a mistake? They just relabelled product number 300215 as test kits on the WITS site in response to coronavirus and masks and other immunological products were a common export in 2017? The main question is why did WITS try to hide the fact?
THIS DISHONESTY FROM THE WORLD BANK IS COMPLETELY APPALLING
In any case the dishonesty of changing a website without any sort of indication (such as the sort of change-log I have below) is completely appalling. Jessica says this:
This is appalling. This is beyond appalling. It’s a kid with chocolate all over their face who claims to hate chocolate. It’s also a seriously rusty nail in a large deluxe coffin built for criminals.
For the average person like me, the modus operandi when searching for information online is to click on links and read what is written. But how are we ever to know if said information has been altered? Should we suspect this all the time? Should we always go back in time with the amazing Wayback machine?
UNCORRECTED FACT CHECK HALL OF INFAMY - SNOPES DO YOU CARE ABOUT THE TRUTH?
Snopes says they were called Covid-19 test kits - but were actually masks or other immunological products and so forth.
See the section below “ADDENDUM: ANOTHER CLUE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE” - 300215 was the code specifically for Covid-19 test kits and nothing else in the WITS system.
But the issue is: Snopes says absolutely nothing about the dishonesty of changing the website to hide something that clearly comes across as very suspicious. If we are to trust websites, particularly websites tied to the World Bank (WITS is wits.worldbank.org) they need to exercise trustworthiness and honesty and not try to hide things. It is not okay to lie to cover up your mistakes.
https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/countries-covid-19-tests-2018/
If snopes thinks it is okay to lie, how can we trust them? I find myself getting quite angry and upset about this dishonesty.
Snopes, it is not okay for a fact check site to condone a website lying in order to cover up something they don’t want people to see.
ADDENDUM: ANOTHER CLUE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.
At the bottom of the page on the WITS 2017 list of COVID-19 test kits was this link that shows the origin of the data (underlined in the screenshot):
Oh dear - when you click on it, it takes you to a NOT FOUND page on the World Customs Organization:
Luckily we have archive.org - the original link is
But the archive.org version
takes us to a pdf file that clearly shows us that 300215 was quite simply Covid-19 test kits and definitely not any other kind of medical supply, which are all listed, and all have particular codes that are not 300215. This document, however, was made in April of 2020, when Coronavirus was in full swing.
MORE TEST KITS SOLD IN 2017 THAN APRIL 2020
I cannot reconcile all the facts. What seems inexplicable is the huge amount of immunological products (excluding human vaccines which is a different code) being bought and sold internationally, billions of dollars worth, in 2017, more than in April 2020, when the coronavirus was in full swing.
CHANGE LOG NEEDED ON WORLD BANK SITE
In any case it’s about time official websites took seriously the task of keeping their own change logs and documenting the past versions of pages. How otherwise can we trust them?
They need a change log on the World Bank WITS website like this:
CHANGE LOG
10:04pm Added the 2017 screen shot and link, the section about dishonesty, and the snopes article to the hall of infamy,
10:20pm added the bit about if snopes thinks it is okay to lie, how can we trust them.
10:28pm clarified that it was a google search initially with the image showing that I was using the qualifier “site:”
10:54pm I have to stop doing this. I found the link to the original document that listed where the data came from in the World Bank records, added the section “Another clue at the bottom of the page” and strengthened my disgust at Snopes.
11:24pm Augh ! I’ve got to go to bed. I tidied things up a bit.
11:40pm added the Satirical bit. Then took it back out. It’s really time to go to bed.
7:00 am I found the HTS codes since 2017 and added that section
