Mary Talley Bowden together with Robert L. Apter and Doctor Paul E. Marik sued the FDA over their statements rubbishing Ivermectin as a treatment for Covid 19.
The FDA has now agreed to delete their twitter post and their consumer update about Ivermectin, to which the twitter post was linked.
In a court case in the United States District Court Of Galveston in Texas, the FDA agreed to the following conditions of the plaintiffs dismissing their court case:
Retire FDA’s Consumer Update entitled, Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19, originally posted on March 5, 2021, and revised on September 7, 2021 (ECF No. 12, Ex. 1), while retaining the right to post a revised Consumer Update.
Delete and not republish (1) FDA’s Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook posts from August 21, 2021 (ECF No. 12, Exs. 4, 5), that read, “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”; (2) FDA’s Instagram post from August 21, 2021 (ECF No. 12, Ex. 6), that reads, “You are not a horse. Stop it with the #ivermectin. It’s not authorized for treating #COVID.”; (3) FDA’s Twitter post from April 26, 2022 (ECF No. 12, Ex. 7), that reads, “Hold your horses, y’all. Ivermectin may be trending, but it still isn’t authorized or approved to treat COVID-19.”; and (4) all other social media posts on FDA accounts that link to Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19 (ECF No. 12, Ex. 1).

Then you had Democrats pressuring pharmacies not to dispense HCQ, despite having a prescription. Threatening their licenses. DRs lost their hospital privileges and licenses for curing COVID patiens with HCQ & IVM - instead of watching them get sicker and sicker than put on a ventilator until they died, while shoving a $4500 highly toxic Remdesivir that Fauci & Co got money from.
FDA IGNORED the success of HCQ & IVM and ACTIVELY DISCOURAGED it's use. Stating it was not approved for COVID. Many drugs ARE NOT APPROVED for all their uses. Viagra isn't only for ED - an 8 yr old girl took it for a heart issue. HCQ helps eradicate cold sores within 48 hours once you feel the pin prick sensation.
They mocked people using HCQ & IVM. The famous one is the tweet where the FDA ridiculed the use of IVM and pushed the horse dewormer propaganda to others would harass anyone using it. IVM
An FDA zoom meeting/video was leaked, where they acknowledged they had no idea what the COVID Vaccine would do, especially to kids, they would have to wait 3-5 years to see what happened. I just looked up excess deaths - 9/2025 - they are now back to normal deviations.

The findings suggested hydroxychloroquine did not benefit patients.
You can look today - and the NIH.GOV now shows studies with conclusions that HCQ does benefit COVID patients. And States are following other nations leads and making HCQ an over-the-counter medicine since it is an extremely safe anti-viral used by billions in Africa alone and 40 million in the US.
