Is the Australian government breaking the law? - govt pays for advertising for big pharma

I thought Australian law was clear that pharmaceuticals were not allowed to be advertised on TV in Australia.

I was quite surprised to see this ad for a Pfizer antiviral.

Very Strange.

Perhaps they’ve changed the law without us knowing?

Because I’m sure the Commonwealth Government wouldn’t pay for an ad campaign for Pfizer - ????
