Supposedly President Kennedy was inclined to dismantle the CIA bc it was getting out of hand. Too bad it stills exists; with the latest politicization & corruption by both the CIA & FBI, one can see why JFK might want to end its operation.

Even in Australia President Kennedy was well loved. My parents can still remember where they were and what they were doing when they heard the news that he had been shot.

Did they release a document that indicates Lee Harvey Oswald's participation in past CIA ops?

Not that I know of - however he was on their watch list - and that's why the Mary Ferrell Foundation wants the documents relating to George Joannides to be released, as he was the agent involved in surveilling the Cuban exile group Lee Harvey Oswald was involved in. That these documents haven't been released has a bad smell, actually.

Check this out and let me know what you think - it suggests Oswald was in a CIA op 3 months prior to Kennedy assassination

Here's a page about this whole thing on the Mary Ferrell site - thanks actually! I might revise the fact check to include more about this issue. https://www.maryferrell.org/pages/Cuba_and_the_Kennedy_Assassination.html?search=Cuban%20exile

I think that is talking about the Cuban exile meetings, three months before the assassination - George Joannides was running the operation - apparently they were pro Castro (maybe anti Castro) Cuban exiles - this article says more about it -
