As much as I respect and admire attorney Robert Barnes (a CHD / RFK Jr. attorney), I don't think the CHD lawsuit has any influence on Zuck's sudden change on first amendment rights. CHD has spent millions of dollars on lawsuits that have nothing to do with children's health, like this one on "freedom of speech", and they've lost while attorneys like Barnes have increased their firm's revenue.

They've also spent millions on lobbying - their friends are certainly making money, but I'm not aware of any legislation removing the kids' vaccine schedule.

Hopefully RFKJr will be able to make a difference as the head of the health services. If he does, it will have ramifications outside of the US as well: I live in Australia and the TGA are abysmally irresponsible. They publish none of their test data in any even remotely scientific peer-reviewed form, they tell us none of their methods, the organisation is internally confused (leaked emails show this) and they just make unilateral statements that this or that is true with no supporting evidence. And the board members leave to go straight to Big Pharma jobs. It will be harder for the TGA to justify all this if the FDA NIH etc have a big change of mind.
